FLS‑DB Check‑in Sessions for Fracture Liaison Services
We are inviting registered Fracture Liaison Services (FLS) to take part in a pilot programme designed to strengthen how the Fracture Liaison Service Database (FLS-DB) supports local services.
As part of the pilot, participating services will be invited to attend a one-hour online lunchtime check-in session. These sessions will provide an opportunity to reflect on current pathways, discuss challenges, and share learning and practical solutions with colleagues from other trusts. All members of the FLS team are welcome to attend.
What to expect from the session
Each one-hour check-in session will cover:
- Introductions and confirmation of attendance, including any missing team members
- An opportunity to raise key questions about FLS-DB and participation
- An opportunity to raise key questions about FLS
- A review of current benchmark data
- A walkthrough of individual run charts
- Identification of potential areas for improvement
- A review of how data is currently entered into FLS-DB
- Review current governance reporting structure
- Agreement of 1–3 priority next steps and expected impacts
- A suggested timeline for the next check-in session
