New expenses system launching soon…
What this means for you:
- Same login details – you will continue to use your existing username and password, with no need to create a new account.
- Historical claims transferred – previous expense claims and records will be carried across, so you’ll still have access to your expense history.
- Enhanced security with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) – MFA adds an extra layer of protection to help keep your account and financial information secure by verifying your identity during login.
Further guidance and support materials will be shared ahead of the go-live date to help you get started.
To allow for a successful migration, the site will be unavailable on 30 June 2026.
RCP members and fellows can submit expenses claims using our online expenses system.
The system offers multiple benefits to members and fellows including:
- a quick and simple registration process
- a flexible system which allows you to upload copies of receipts from smartphones and tablets as well as traditional scanners and cameras
- automated notifications which update you on the progress of your claim
- less paper and no postage costs
- an online record of all the claims you have submitted through the system
- get paid quicker.
To start using the new system all you need to do is register at the RCP expenses site.
