The RCP GMC sponsorship scheme is for internationally qualified doctors seeking short-term opportunities to enhance their clinical skills and experience whilst working in the NHS. It is a sub-section/the sister scheme of the RCP MTI. The scheme facilitates the process of GMC registration, ensuring that eligible candidates meet the necessary regulatory requirements to engage in medical practice within the UK.
