The Royal College of Physicians is proud to partner with some of the world's most prestigious organisations, building mutually beneficial and high-profile relationships that positively impact the healthcare sector in the UK and globally.
The RCP is a registered charity wholly independent from government, run by doctors, for the benefit of all. The RCP has been at the forefront of patient care for over 500 years. Our work is guided by the needs and interests of our members, and corporate partnerships enable us to enhance and broaden our efforts across education, quality improvement, publishing, our heritage collection, and events.
Partnering with the Royal College of Physicians offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with an independent, clinically led and patient-centred organisation that delivers high-quality content to a global community of physicians.
Through this partnership, your organisation gains access to a highly influential audience of over 40,000 members and fellows — including clinicians, researchers, and healthcare leaders — across the UK and internationally.

Corporate partnership impact
Emerging Women Leaders
Emerging Women Leaders is a year-long development programme designed to address the lack of female leadership in high level roles within healthcare. It is a mixture of workshops, talks, networking opportunities and mentoring, supporting female physicians who are aspiring to or have recently taken on leadership roles.
Each year, this programme has been supported by corporate partners who funded free places for physicians. Physicians at trusts without the resources to pay for the training were still able to attend, widening participation and broadening the benefit of the programme.

I found the RCP Emerging Women Leaders Programme to be incredibly liberating. It challenged my previous perception of leadership and gave me permission to approach things differently.
I found the support of the other candidates on the course invaluable as I navigated a new career path.
