This new updated workshop has been designed with residents in mind and you will go on a transformative journey, as you delve into the pivotal role of inclusivity in effective leadership and gain insights into crafting high-performing clinical teams that champion equality, diversity, and inclusion.
The one-day workshop can be attended as a standalone day or together with 'Doctors as leaders 1: individual as leader' and an accreditation piece to gain the Doctors as Leaders Accreditation.
