GIRFT Stroke Leadership Academy – Stroke specific programme (GLASS)
The RCP was commissioned in 2023 to develop a new multi-professional leadership programme to support the achievement of the first recommendations from the GIRFT Stroke Programme National Specialty Report for '[Integrated Stroke Delivery Networks] ISDNs to ensure that they lead and engage in activities to promote leadership and culture across their networks.'
We worked with other stroke organisations to develop a bespoke programme to meet their needs: GIRFT, TSA, BIASP and the Leadership Academy. We commissioned The King's Fund to deliver part of the programme, and have been re-commissioned to run the programme for a second year.
