This popular digital conference prepares trainees for the transition into the medical registrar role. The programme is developed in collaboration with the RCP Trainees' Committee and representatives from across the UK regions.
Whilst many sessions are designed to increase clinical confidence when handling acute medical emergencies, others focus on helping you develop your leadership skills and confidence.

This event is free to RCP subscribing members at all training and career grades. You may wish to consider becoming a member before booking.
The content aims to support IM2, IM3 and ST3 trainees with the clinical and professional transition to becoming the medical registrar.
However locally employed doctors, or those who have been on extended leave, or out of programme may also find the conference useful as a clinical refresher.
This online conference is free to RCP subscribing members and is now open for bookings.
We're still working on the 2025 conference platform. Once this is finalised, registered delegates will receive a link to access the digital site where further information about the programme and speakers will be shared.
