This digital new consultants forum offers practical help and support for new consultants in their first five years of being in post, SAS doctors and senior registrars in their final year of training.

The programme for this meeting is worth 2 CPD credits. It has been compiled by RCP New Consultants Committee representatives, Dr Natalie Vanderpant, Dr James Norman, Dr Shuaib Quraishi and Dr Matt Pavitt.

Discussion will begin at 10am and end at approximately 12.15pm.

These short meetings are hosted by members of the RCP New Consultants Committee (NCC). This group is comprised of new consultants who are working in the NHS and whose date of first consultant appointment was less than five years ago.

This virtual forum will take place via Microsoft Teams. Discussion will begin at 10am and end at approximately 12.15pm

You will require access to Microsoft Teams and a reliable internet connection. We recommend downloading the app for full functionality.

Once you have registered for this event, you will receive the joining instructions and a link to the Microsoft Teams call where this forum will take place.

Please note, whilst content may be recorded it will not be readily available to watch on-demand. We hope you are able to join us on the day to make the most of the discussion.

You do not have to be an RCP subscribing member to attend this event, but you may wish to consider becoming a member and benefiting from discounted registration fees.

Whilst the content is aimed at physicians, other healthcare professionals may find some of the talks and discussion to be useful and are welcome at these events.
