The Royal College of Physicians (RCP) has published new educational and career guidance for locally employed doctors (LEDs) and international medical graduates (IMGs).
This guidance on educational and career support for LEDs and IMGs is intended to support employers and clinical leads to create a high-quality local training pathway for these doctors.
It sets out college guidance on:
- becoming an LED
- supervision and professional development
- supporting IMGs new to the NHS.
