Generic multidisciplinary clinical record keeping standards: audit tool

This audit tool was developed in May 2011 to support the implementation of the standards for generic multidisciplinary record keeping and can be used to audit any patient’s medical record.It is intended to be used to support maximising patient safety and quality of care; support professional best practice; and assist compliance with Information Governance.
