How to submit your photographs to FFFAP

FFFAP Header Image

We want to highlight the healthcare services that contribute to our audits by using photographs taken within your hospitals, wards and fracture liaison services (FLSs) to share the work you do on a daily basis. Your photographs could be used in upcoming resources and reports, on our website and social media or in email newsletters.

We will credit your photograph by referencing your trust/health board.

Before submitting your photographs to us, you will need to complete a photography and filming consent form and a photography checklist:

Please see individual audit criteria below for submitting photographs.

FLS-DB

Capture: What does an FLS mean to patients?

We are looking for photographs that showcase how FLSs impact a patient’s life and highlight, at a patient level, how important they are for secondary fracture prevention.

NHFD

Capture: What does excellent hip fracture care look like?

We are looking for photographs showcasing successful teams and highlighting how important patients, family carers and staff are to the success of the National Hip Fracture Database.

NAIF

Capture: What do positive experiences of inpatient care look like?

We are looking for photographs from the full range of inpatient settings. We are particularly interested in photographs that reflect positive experiences of patients receiving inpatient care where patients are encouraged to be out of bed and engaged in meaningful activity.
